Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is simple.  We charge our costs and do not attempt to gouge for extra profits.

However, due to the large variety of items and sizes, shipping destinations and pricing zones, and the need to ensure items are packaged securely, please understand that charges will not always be 100% accurate.  This is especially true if you use one of our automated shipping options for instant checkout.  If you feel the listed shipping rates are inaccurate, please feel free to use the "Request a Quote" shipping option at checkout and we will personally estimate costs to help ensure you are charged the most accurate rate.  Please be aware that this will mean a delay in placing your order (and locking in the pricing and sale) and other buyers can potentially purchase items before you during the review time.  Generally we will get you a quote response within 12-24 hours.

Handling & Packing Fees

Handling & Packing fees are always included in shipping prices.  This includes any fees for packing materials and supplies or services needed to fill and process your order.  Due to such costs shipping is not quoted for the actual USPS charged rates only, but has a small markup added to all rates.  However, to help keep costs low we do print our postage online to save you nearly 5% or more on every shipment!

USPS Parcel Select^ for orders up to 8 lb. 8 oz. in cart (3-8 business days for delivery*)

Canada (Automated)

USPS First Class^ for orders up to 3 lb. 7 oz. in cart (5-15 business days for delivery*)

USPS Priority Mail^ for orders up to 15 lb. 8 oz. in cart (4-12 business days for delivery*)

USPS Express Mail^ for orders up to 15 lb. 8 oz. in cart (3-7 business days for delivery*)

International (Automated)

USPS First Class^ for orders up to 3 lb. 7 oz. in cart (7-18 business days for delivery*)

Shipping Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable, either in part or in whole.  If you do not agree to the charges quoted (either automated or manual) then do not place an order.  If charges are above cost or below cost we do not refund or request additional fees except in exceptional circumstances (see terms for each service as listed at checkout).  Returned, refused, or undeliverable orders do not qualify for refund of shipping costs.

^Insurance:  All shipping options are also available to be sent fully insured.  To purchase insurance for your shipment please choose an option stating "INSURED" in the title.  Orders over certain values will require insurance and will only show insured options as available.  Buyers who choose to have their order sent without insurance do so at their own risk and must assume all risks for the package once sent.

*Delivery Times:  Quoted delivery times are estimates only.  This time is calculated form the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed.  Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of all orders prior to shipment.Last Updated: 9 Feb 2015
